Access Recurring JE Masters

View, Edit or Add a Recurring Journal Entry Master t to be used when using Enter GL Journal Entry to simplify entering Journal Entries such as depreciation. Search for existing Reucrring JE Masters using Browse Recurring JE Masters or create a new Recurring JE Master by clicking Add.

Access
Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Security > General Ledger > Menu Security > Access Recurring JE Masters.

Edit or Add a Recurring JE Master

Select Add to create a new Recurring Journal Entry or select Edit to edit an existing Recurring Journal Entry

Enter a four character alpha-numeric ID.

Provide a Description for this Recurring JE in this 50 character alpha-numeric field.

Select Percent if entering a percentage for account distribution instead of set amounts. This would be used when a journal entry has a different amount monthly that should be distributed by the percentage entered to the accounts selected.

Use the Body tab to Edit, Add, Delete and Save the General Ledger accounts to be written to when the Recurring JE Master is selected.

Select an account and modify the information can be used to remove an account.
additional GL accounts. is active when accounts are added or accounts are edited.

Use Entry Totals insure the Debit and Credit columns are in balance.
